Dynamics CRM for Outlook 2016 error occurres on SMS text message

Hi there!

We use Dynamics CRM 2016 SP1 on-premises and CRM add-in for Outlook (2010/2013). When I try to preview, open or forward sms text messages (has send from android email client) I get this error:

This error occurres only on SMS text messages.

Does Dynamics CRM for Outlook support SMS text messages?

Please help to resolve this issue.

No, there is no native support for text messages. I assume you're using a 3rd-party Outlook plugin to handle the SMS?

Thanks for your answer.

No, we are using only MS Dynamics CRM for Outlook for tracking the email in CRM.

Some employees use application on phone that forward a copy of every SMS text message to Exchange email address. Then Outlook receives this message.

In that case, I would bet the app is sending an unsupported MIME type, or there's an unexpected issue with the Cyrillic character set.
