Hi All,

In my Admin centre under Service Health for three CRM instances Dev, UAT & Production the Service Health is showing up as "Service degradation". I checked on Google and got a link from Microsoft where its mentioned that :

Service degradation

We've confirmed that there is an issue that may affect use of a service or feature. You might see this status if a service is performing more slowly than usual, there are intermittent interruptions, or if a feature isn't working, for example.

I am also attaching an screenshot along with this query. It would be great if you could Answer the below queries :

1) Will this status affect the existing 3 CRM Applications?

2) What is the reason for this status?

3) What is the next step if we get this Health Status of the applications (Probable solution)?
