Our SOX internal audit people are looking for a report that describes what each of our security classes allow a user assigned to them access to. Is there a smartlist or query that will allow me to collect this information?

@Mike S, the classes you can find in the Advanced Security screen by navigating to Tools->Setup->System->User Classes and selecting the "Classes Only" option in the bottom right frame. Our audit team wants an automated way of knowing what each of those classes can do.
You you mention "security classes", are referencing GP's User Classes or GP's Security Roles and underlying Security Tasks?
If Security Tasks and Security Roles, there are standard report that will allow for this analysis under Administration > Reports > Security.
There are also SQL queries available for Security Role and Security Task information that can be used in SmartList Builder/Excel Report Builder if these tools are available.
