Hi Sanjay,
There are a number of options depending on what you are trying to achieve. If the requirement is to do screen popups that you could write a service that connects to 3cx API: www.3cx.com/.../api
You can also use Unified Service Desk (USD) for the Telephony integration as it provides hooks that allows you to achieve the integration requirement.
