Incoming Emails not getting synced in CRM

Hello experts,

I have configured the email router for an on-prem CRM deployment. For outgoing emails I have used SMTP configuration and for incoming emails I am using Exchange 2010 or 2013 option. When I test access for a mailbox then both outgoing and incoming status are coming as succeeded in the email router configuration manager but I am not able to receive any email in the CRM i.e. the emails are going to that mailbox but are not getting synchronized in the CRM. The outgoing emails are going fine though. Can someone please suggest the troubleshooting step because it is kind of weird that the incoming status in the email router configuration manager is succeeded but we are not seeing any incoming emails in CRM and we cannot even trace this scenario in Event Viewer as well.

Thank you in advance.

Hammad Ahmed

Hi Hammad, Do you mean Inbound emails are not being tracked into CRM? This will be a Manual Process unless you have   enabled automatic email Tracking in your CRM and for Outlook www.microsoft.com/.../set-an-option-to-automatically-track-incoming-outlook-email-in-crm-for-outlook.aspx

    Hi Raz,

We are not using CRM for Outlook. We are just configuring incoming email profile on the Email Router configuration manager.

Make sure that any accounts associated with any sort of email router profile have all the necessary privileges in CRM.

Did you try the personal setting for Email as shown in figure

Go to Top Right Corner of CRM Click Gear button Select Options from Menu and from Open windows select the tab Email and select option Track All Email Messages.
