Cannot Personalize page after updating to Business Central Online 16.1

Our environment was updated to 16.1 the other day and we then noticed that after clicking on Personalization, it "crashes" and says "Sorry, something went wrong and personalization could not be started."

Anyone else experiencing this?

    Marco,

Thanks for the information, but that didn't work.  I ended up submitting a support ticket.  I think it is a Permission Set issue.

    Hello,

If this did happen after an upgrade in SaaS environment, you can raise a support request via your CSP. Alternatively, try this as possible mitigation:

Possible mitigation that can be performed by an admin are:

    - changing the user's profile to a profile that does not use page 9022 as Role Center,

    - remove the user personalization for the page 9022 for the user impacted

    Thanks.
