data management - export - data package folder in d365fo

Hi All,

I have exported Asset management - Asset types as data pacakage. When I browse this folder then I have found 3 files. 2 xml and 1 excel files as below

data-package.jpg

Kindly let me know , what Manifest and PackageHeader does ? and what is contained ? What is the use of those files?

Please give me more shed on this.
