Hi, can you please clarify your issue? On which page are you looking at? It's designed that no filter on Dashboard views. Advanced Find is on the top of the page.

    1. Can't find Advanced Find button.

    2. No filter icon on the view.

Can you please provide more details of your issue, thanks.

    Hi Ran,

This page is the Customer Service Hub Display. The advanced button appears in the classic view, I was able to filter the fields on the screens. But I cannot use this feature on Hub screens. Pictures uploaded.

    Hi Onur,

Thank you for providing these information timely. I've found a passage saying that it's a known issue that Advanced Find button is not visible in UCI in latest on-premises Dynamics, referring to community.dynamics.com/.../advanced-find-share-button-and-few-more-oob-buttons-are-not-visible-in-uci.

However, just for a try, you may check on Ribbon Workbench or exported solution xml file and see if there are any Enable Rules/Display Rules on Advanced Find button. I recall there is a rule called 'Mscrm.HideOnModern' which hides a button in UCI.

    Hope above helps.

    Regards,

    Ran
