Dexterity Translation Tool

Hello,

Our firm has a prospect on version 10.0 GP that needs all screens and reports translated into German.  Version 10.0 does not have the German translation available.  They do provide localization for Germany which only provides a very limited functionality with regards to certain country requirements. 

However, we were informed by Microsoft that their is a translation tool that allows you to export text and string messages and the re-import them back into GP.  You still have to find another method of translation prior to importing back into GP.  The link for the tool is below:

We are looking for references from other Partners, Customers, ISVs that have used this tool.  Time is of the essence as we need to provide our prospect with a solution by 10/19.

If anyone has experience using this tool, any information you can provide would be appreciated.
