We want to void a check - but the check is listed twice once as a *****Check Used in Alignment**** check and once as the valid check.
We are unable to void it because of this.
We discovered the check listed twice upon running the following query .SELECT * FROM CM20200 WHERE CMTrxNum ='XXXX'
I have attached the Query Results.

I've had this issue. What I did is go into SQL and change the number of the document I did not want to void. I then voided the document and afterward went back into SQL and changed the number back to its original number.
Test, test, test. You may need to change more than one field.
