Unable to select text box with image in Landing Page

Hi guys,

I am trying to create a banner for a marketing landing page with text on top. However, I am having trouble selecting text elements with images in them to edit. Whenever I attempt to select a text element holding an image, it automatically selects the middle text element with paragraph text.

I have tried this with different templates and marketing pages that have started from scratch and still encounter this issue.

Anyone know the issue?

Is the situation you are describing like the picture below and are you expecting the text to be displayed and edited on top of the image?

If yes, which you need is a background image for the textbox instead of the image inserted into the text box.

Select the Column which contains the Text Box.

Select the background image you need in the Properties on the right side.

Then add the Text Box from the Basic elements into the column.

In this way you can add and edit text on top of an image.
