CRM Online Organisation has been disabled - no help via MS Customer Support numbers and email

Hi,

Our CRM online organisation has been disabled when I try to logon to it. I have tried for the last week to get MS to tell me what the problem is. I have called 08000326417 was told to call 08003762862 then was told to call the first number then they told me to call the second number. Spoke to Billing support and they said our domain does not exist anymore and there are no records of having an account. We have been paying MS Luxembourg Sarl for the last two years. My worry is that our organisation has been marked for deletion. Billing also said I need to speak to tech support on 08003762862 Option 3, they say I have got the wrong option then try to put me through and I get cut off. Ring the number again use option 2 then it says this is the transition issues number but it has limited phone support, then it cuts off.  I am at a total loss what to do and none of our sales team can use CRM online. I still get transition request emails as the administrator. Tried to run the transition wizard before we got disabled but could not start it due to not being the Billing admin. He left the company 3 months ago without handing over the information. Is there someone I can speak who will know what is going on? I can't believe the customer service is so bad. Any help is much appreciated.

    Hi Dave,

    Was your Organization migrated to Office 365 platform ? I believe its not. You can call the billing team and ask them to change the Billing Admin by completing their authentication process. However, if your Org is disabled, you might have got notifications that your is going to be disabled.

    Can you share the Org URL ? There is certain amount of time after which your Org will be permanently deleted.

    When was the last time you were able to access your Org?
