I have trouble completing the application form for the dynamics insider program, since the checkbox and sigature box at the end do not activate after scrolling to the bottom of the terms and conditions. I tried multiple browsers (firefox, chrome, opera). Is there another way to register?

I'm trying to join the Public Preview : Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations Insider Community using my work account, however I am not able to do so cos the browser is keep refreshing. I have asked the same question in the finance community, perhaps you can help.

I applied for the insider program last week but unfortunately the request is still not approved.
I need to have access to the Guides Migration Tool download to move guides between environments for a customer.
