Dynamics 365 App Not showing on Office Apps

We recently activated the licenses for both Business Central Premium and Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise Edition.
 
While we are able to see Business Central in the list of apps from Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Sales is not showing up. 
 
I can see the license activated for the users but the users not able to see just this Dynamics 365 Sales.
 
What are we missing?

    Hi Partner,
    1.You can try to check which roles can access this app, then assign this role to these users.

    2.As one workaround:
    You can make system administrator to share url to these users.
    Let users collect this url, then open app directly.

    I am not able to even see "Sales Hub" from the list of apps as you point here.
