We are new to Dynamic and I have a configuration question. When I ring up a customer I noticed that their is a box that is checked for tax. I can see that when the box is checked that item gets taxed and I understand how to set that up. What I do not like is on the POS screen you can uncheck that box and make an item nontaxable. What I would prefer is to not have that option even show up on the screen where we ring customers up. Any help would be great.

Check out your security settings. On the pos screen click on the lower left empty button next to "F7: Set Customer" . This when then display a yellow lock. Then press the key combo ctrl + alt + S. Then click the option that you want to disable. This bring up a dialog window with readonly / dont display options.
Security can be set on any option or button or any window (well not all individually).
