Customer card don't have Search Name fields but some users have?

Hi Community,
 
At the filter (F3) I see that there is no filter for /Search Name/, and there is also no /Additional Filter/ function to pull it out, but strangely I have one user which has /Search Name/ at F3. I have checked that both roles of the users are the same. I have a super user role, but even mine also don't have. All of us can see it at /Advance Filter/ as shown below.
 
Can advise how do I get it over at F3?

    The search function will have al the fields that are currently added to the page. If one user sees it, that means that they have added the Search Name field to the page, but all the other users don't have it on the page.

    This may be because the user is using a different Profile. Or they are not opening the same page or the same view.
     
    Hope this can give you some hints.

    I have checked both permissions and personalisations and find no differences between the user who have and the user who don't have.
     
    I wonder could the reason why that user has is because she has been using Search Name for a long time, so Navision auto add it to F3?
