I am wondering if someone would be able to assist with a query regarding modifying email exchange details in GP 2015. We have recently migrated from an internal email exchange server to a hosted office 365 account and I am attempting to modify the
I am aware of the email setup within Tools, Setup, System, System Preferences however Exchange is already selected since we used Exchange previously. I did find an article which advised to update the Exchange URL within DYNAMICS..SY04920 to outlook.office365.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx (including https://) which I have done however when we go into Tools, Setup, Company, Email Setup and click on either Sales or Purchasing series and complete the email address and password field I get a login failed error message.
I am struggling to find any other steps to perform, is anyone aware of any other steps that I need to perform?
