Deadline date of Sales Order !

Hi Friends, I have a new challenge on 'Deadline date of sales order'.

please see the below image of deadline.

What I am facing, if the order is having deadline means before that he can able to do invoice, modify etc.. and after is can't do.

I want to customize the deadline date for that particular users of sales order, here what is going on some of the user can't do more than month so that this order going to freeze (means deadline)

I need to customize on the above and I need to create role for that particular users.

Note: what is the use of 'deadline date' for sales order.

please suggest me, how can I go further step.

    Hi Friends, If the status is Expired (I can do Expired via code), need to do On-hold means (not able to modify the sales order, while modifying it's been exception as on-hold),This  is need in AX 2012 Version.

    Please suggest me, the process of On-hold steps in AX 2012.

    Hi Friends, Requirement changed to fully Customized  as while creating Sales Order, should create expired date i.e give for 3 moths (example), then after that we will change the expire date,

    Note: Customization is each so create expired date up to reach the expired date should be editable after that non editable. If user change to (increase the expired date) that should be editable (able to modify the so)?

    the above requirement is it possible. if possible case, can you please give me the guidance (roughly).
