Try to run solution checker to one of my solutions in the environment. The checker runs for around 40 seconds, doesn't show any error reference except this in the log.

Here you can find possible issue, you should check, step by step, to make sure, you are not running into any common issue, also mentioning about the error "Couldn't be completed".

Otherwise, I would suggest, you open a direct Support Ticket, using the Help+Support button at your PowerPlatform Admin Center https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com, so that we can check your telemetry data individually.

Thanks the issue is resolved by Microsoft support team, The issue was The Power Apps Checker Application user doesn't have privilege on 'canvasappextendedmetadata' entity. Provided this privilege resolve the issue
