Web portals - Marked as your answer

Hi - On web portals  when I open a Knowledge base article, it redirects me to the KA page. There's a button in there says 'Found your answer' and if you click on it then it says 'Marked as your answer'. So if I open the same Knowledge article through a different navigation then it doesn't show the button 'Found your answer'. It looks like there're certain ways to define 'how to show button on knowledge article' if you follow a certain path e.g. like home->help->KA 'the button should be shown', home -> ask a question -> KA 'the button shouldn't be shown'.

Anyone has got any idea how this work? where can i defined the navigation path to show/hide the button 'Found your answer'?

Thanks
