HI Guys,
Working with Cancellation charges in POS currently, and they work fine. (percentages and manual charges) When the cancellation charge is added , it deducts the refund total when choosing to 'cancel' a customer order and selecting tender. (Great!)
However, I cannot for the life of me get a similar function to work in the call center. Even by manually adding a cancelation charge, it just simply refunds the original posted amount back into adyen. Ideally I want it to modify the payment amount like POS does automatically but as shown below it just refunds the exact amount that was taken regardless of what charges, or modifying of the order i do.
Anybody know of a workaround ? or am I just missing something here ?
