When creating an eMail (activity) in Dynamics 365...
- When I login as user A with the sys admin role I can send an email from mail account B.
- When I login as a user C, with a custom role (fewer permissions), I can't even list the mail account B in the send "from" box.
Both the user A and user C have send-of-behalf-of permission in Exchange for the mail account B. What am I missing?
It doesn't seem to be related to user C having to tick the personal "Allow other Dynamics 365 users to send mail on your behalf" because the admin user can already send on behalf of user B. So, I'm thinking it is some other permission within the custom Dynamics role that is missing... but which one?
