Error in Navision 2018 "The data to show this chart does not exist"

Hi,

When I want to retrieve the Top 10 Customer chart, it shows this error, "The data to show this chart does not exist"

To be sure this company does have Customers data, and there a tons of sales. There's also seems no way for me to configure the data, or maybe I'm not sure where to configure it.

May I know how to do I resolve this?

    Hi, you can easily use Business Assistance -> Select Chart -> Top Ten Customers by Sales Value to show Top 10 customers. This is a standard feature.

    But if you want to show your own chart, please check your chart setup again.
