Hello,
When I try to send a document by email (Quote, Order, Invoice) from the outlook add-in, either in he outlook web client or outlook I receive this error:
All the other function from the Add-In work fine.
I am using Office 365 I tried removing the Add-in from O365 and re-installing it from Financials using the assisted setup.
Anyone encounter this? Any suggestions?

Hi Tammy, I have the same error as Trevor but in my case when I tried applying your solution, none of the Report ID 1304 options are in the related table and I get the following error:
I get the same error, referencing each of the reports, blue, default, etc, for all of the 1304 selections. Any suggestions? It'd be much appreciated.

Hi Trevor,
This error will occur if the Email Body Layout Description has not been populated for the type of report which is being emailed. In order to check this setup, search for and open the page called Report Selection - Sales. Select the Usage value in question--you have shown the issue above for Invoices and Quotes--so choose one of them. Then ensure that the "Use for Email Body" checkbox is marked and supply a value for the Email Body Layout Description column as well.
