Hi Community,
Does anyone know how to create & set a thumbnail image against a Marketing Email template?
When I 'Save As Template' from an email, there is no image on the grid view, just an email icon. There's nowhere (obvious) in the template metadata to set an image.

The thumbnail is the link to entity image from my test.
Default email templates all have their entity images,
however, currently CRM won't generate an entity image from email content automatically if we build a custom email.
So I suggest you could capture a screenshot from preview dialog then upload the file as entity image at present.

Clofly - thanks for your answer - it's great that there is a workaround here.
What I don't know (my CRM knowledge is limited) is how 'to upload the file as entity image'. Could you point me to some relevant documentation on this, please?

Clofly - I can't work out how to get to the 'Change Image' dialogue box in your screenshots. Reading your answer again, this might be the key here.
Just click circle at left of template name, then a upload dialog will be opened.
Could it solve your problem? :)
