We recently changed CRM system to Dynamics 365. We now have connected there our sales department, customer support as well as marketing (customer insights) teams. However, in terms of data that we get there, we were looking for a way to get our GA4 and social media data there too. Is there a way to integrate Google Analytics to the platform?
You first need to define what data you are bringing in, and how it is going to be used.
Google Analytics and other web browsing data is a prime candidate for Customer Insights, which has both a data and a marketing component to it. These modules is great at ingesting large amounts of data and creating customer profiles based on that data.
