Hi I want to use the trigger Email blocked, however when I create a journey and then use if/when trigger is activated it only allows me to use Email link clicked or Email opened.
I also tried to create a journey with the trigger Email blocked but I get error message The selected trigger is not supported for the current data source Does this mean it does not actually work yet?
The goal is for me to set up a journey where the condition if/when e-mail is blocked then a task is created so we can send documents in paper copy.
I was looking for something similar and came across your question. Did you figure out how best to handle this?
There is an Email Blocked Trigger, but it's not specific as to why the email was blocked.
We use segments to build lists of blocked emails which are typically related to frequency caps,
The person creating the journey typically copies the segment and specifies the email by name.
