I need some advice on the following scenario:
A business has over 1800 "staff", which raise their own support and charge their expenses against the funds raised. Each staff has their own unique segment identifier, so we have the ability to compile Income Statements within FRx based on this segment.
I would like to be able to email out each of the 1800 staff members' income statements to them on a monthly basis. What is the most efficient way to set this up? I know I can have income statements generated for each different "staff segment id", but will I have to go in and type each of their email addresses in the output field for each of the 1800 reports?

You might want to talk to Docu-Fire. They can take a document and read an account number off the document, lookup the account in the customer cards, and email the document to that "customer". It means setting these "staff" up as customers but each document will be automatically emailed to the right person.
