I have checked my own sandbox environment, and it seems to be working perfectly fine. I would suggest you try restarting the service to see if it helps you run the sandbox environment. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue for you.

Try to restore sandbox from backups
we have already done several times, no success.
My sandbox environment is working perfectly fine like everyone else's. However, I had a similar issue a few days ago. So, I suggest you try signing out of your account and signing in again. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue for you.

BTW: With version 21.5.53619.53813 the problem does not exist.

Create new sandbox Env and copy from PROD. From Admin panel.
Interestingly, I was able to access the same sandbox environment version that you were having trouble with, anyways you can try what mr adeel says
According to AdminCenter the environments are active but cannot be selected in the web client (not visible). A direct connection via the URL leads to an error.
