Schedule Board Setting - Requirement Map Filter View Issue

Posted on by Microsoft Employee

Hi,

I created a Schedule Board and set the "Requirement Map Filter View" in the Schedule Board settings to a View I created that would show only active Unscheduled Work Orders that I own. When I display the Map Filter, It shows all Work Orders both Active and Inactive and not the View that I set? Does anyone have any knowledge of this issue or a possible fix?

Thanks in advance for your time and support!

Steve

    Hi Hardik,

The plugin can be found at:  mscrm.guru/.../dynamic-calendar

Because there was a cost involved, we eventually took our time and wrote our own code.

Hi Thomas - Thanks, I was able to resolve my issue. I can see both Unscheduled and Scheduled Work Orders. Monthly views will only show numbers, I had to use another plugin to show a calendar for monthly.

You cant see unscheduled Work Orders but you can only see Scheduled ones. If you take off the Map View and Filter to see only yourself as the resource, you should then start to see the work orders on the map view. You should probably change the schedule board to show monthly as well so you can see more work orders.

    Hi,

That map view doesn't respond to the 'Unscheduled Work Orders' view you created. That view is for listing Work Orders you wish to see and dragging them onto the schedule board.

That map view responds to the Resource filter you apply.
