Default Queue? Shared Mailbox

Hi,

I have a client where they want all case workers to be able to send emails directly from a case but it should always default from the Support shared mailbox. Currently it is defaulting to their personal mailboxes. Is there a way to change this?

    Hello,

    This can be done via JavaScript/ Business Rules client side or Plug-ins on the server
