Our company uses online Microsoft CRM they access the site via the web and also by using an outlook plugin. I have also an ADFS server in place that allows for single signon. We use TMG (Threat Management Gateway) as an internal proxy. My user are recieving a 407 poroxy authentication error when trying to access certain areas of CRM throught Outlook 2013 and 2010. They will go into CRM and click on the accounts tab select an account and nothing happens a spins for a second than it just dies. If I remove them from behind the proxy everything works. Normally in a situation like this I will create an access rule for the application and send the traffic anonymously thus not requiring any authentication. The problem is this CRM traffic will not go anonymously which makes no sense I've created a domain name set exempting all the required URLS I even created a computer set and pointed to all the IP addresses that are included for North America's CRM servers still nothing I am passing 80 and 443 So my question is who here is passing traffic anonymously via TMG server? Also let when I test sites that are configured for anonymous access I can remove the proxy settings out of IE and can still access the site that's not happening here.
