Quick Query copy to Excel, SL 2015

After upgrading from 2011 to 2015 the 'Copy to Excel' function from Quick Query is sending over all the trailing spaces after each field.  This behavior was not present in SL 2011.  Does anyone know a way to suppress the trailing spaces using while using the copy function?

I now see what you are seeing.  It looks like more options were created in SL 2015 and the "Query Table" option is the one that most closely matches what was in SL 2011.  I believe this was created by design and will not be changed.  Is it possible for you to change the way your users access the database?

    Hi Jeremy,

Currently, if users select 'Copy To Table', we get the trailing spaces in the Excel document.  It works normally when using the 'Query Table' option, but we don't have the database opened up to users in that manner.

Trailing spaces which cause problems when users attempt to create formulas against the data (vlookup, match, etc):

    Thanks.

I am trying to recreate what you are seeing, but I am not able to.  Can you supply exact steps so I can see if I can recreate it?
