all of sudden edc cradit card failures msg: Connection Error: A network connection failed. Make sure you have a network (or Internet) connection and then try again.

worked fine yestarday and now it fails on just one register.

i checked all network connections can hit the server can hit internet.

but all credit card tanasactiuons fail ???

ran repair in add/remove programs checked edc setup, this is driving me crazy.

 

any help what to look for ?

    Make sure the system date is correct on the problem register. Otherwise TSYS will reject the auth attempt.

    I have similar problem on one register.  System date looks ok as it comes from the server.

    Are you using this TSYS Credit Gateway URL?

    ssl1.tsysacquiring.net/scripts/gateway.dll?transact

    TSYS is in the process of deactivating the old URLs.

    Hello All,

    Our client is still experiencing the same issue intermittently.  We checked to make sure the computer time and date and is correct and the Credit Gateway URL is set to ssl1.tsysacquiring.net/scripts/gateway.dll?transact.

    We think their anti-virus Avast may be causing a problem.  We have turned this off temporarily to see if it was causing this issue.  Anyone have problems using RMS with Avast Anti-virus?  They are running RMS 2.0.0160 on Win 7 Pro, processing CC through RMS
