Forecaster Login 'failed due to invalid database role settings'

A new user was set up in Forecaster but they are getting the error 'failed due to invalid database role settings' when attempting to log in. The in SQL is assigned to Public, Forecaster, and db_owner for eacjh of the forecaster databases. I cannot find anything on this specific error.

It just worked for me. I had to add the user to the Forecaster role as they were not part of the domain group we were using.

As far as I can tell changing the schema worked. It miraculously started working after that.

We did compare which is when we changed them to include db_owner and Forecaster. The user has since informed me that it magically started working after they had said the changes had not made a difference.

You may check the schema under Forecaster DB. You can compare the settings to other Forecaster user that works.
