Login failed on cloud hosted environments

Despite being enabled and having sysadmin role in F&O client (and D365 SCM license in admin center) our guest accounts can't login to cloud hosted dev environments due to error below. We don't get this error in sandbox or prod.

    Hi,

    For cloud hosted environments, by default there are some Entra ID features not enabled for security reasons. Probably, this is causing your current issue. 
    I do assume you did create the guest users correctly as the user accounts are working in a sandbox or production environment. See: How to correctly setup external or guest users in Dynamics 365 F&O - Dynamicspedia
     
     
    You can try to follow the procedure shared by Johan Persson to solve this issue.

    Hello, the CHE are on same tenant/subscription of customer?
    In case no, if the CHE are on your tenant (partner) you have to remove your guest name on provider user settings.
     
    If yes, which user you have logged in when creating then?
    If you deploy CHE using you guest account the VM is created on your tenant and can be this the reason why.
     
    If you are in this case you delete and deploy a new one using customers's account.
     
    Or there are some tricks but mean while checks the previous suggestions.
