Relations between WHS Load Line and Details

Hi,

I use Data Management to export WHSLoadTable and WHSLoadLine entity to BYOD.

In BYOD, I need to know the relationship between WHSLoadTable and WHSLoadLine. I used LoadID to link both. But It seems it is incorrect.

Many LoadID in WHSLoadLine is not available in WHSLoadTable. More over I saw RecID is the primary key for WHSLoadLine table. I think I missing some other table between WHSLoadTable and WHSLoadLine,

Help me to link both table.

Regards,

Manivannan

Are those entities created by you ? WHSLoadLine should not have unique index by LoadID, because you can have multiple lines per load.

Missing headers sounds like a broken data for me but Im not a WHS expert.

    Hi,

I agree with ievgen is there any customization involved in your scenario?

    Warm Regards,

Yes both table are customized. The primary key for XXXWHSLoadTable is LoadId and for XXXWHSLoadLine is WHSLoadLineRecID which is equal to RecID of WHSLoadLine.

In BYOD, for some loads, XXXWHSLoadLine table contains Item lines but in XXXWHSLoadTable corresponding loadID not available. But is D365 User interface header and lines are available. I don't know the reason why the header info not exported to BYOD for some records. I have set the export to Full push only. That's the reason I thought there should be some other table in between which establish relation between WHSLoadTable and WHSLoadLine.

What entity are you using? Standard entities have filters behind and export only some type of loads, so either give us entity name it check if it has range defined.

XXXWHSLoadTable is based on standard WHSLoadTable entity and WHSLoadTable does not have any range.

I found the problem. For few Loads User didn't enter Drop Off location. While export they join with LogisticsPostalAddressDestinationtable. That's the reason data not exported for few loads
