I'm using the default event marketing Customer journey to send e-mail to invite customers to an event. However, the /If registered/ does not seem to be working. I have selected the proper event and set a 3 day wait.
I can see that several peopled registered for the event in event mgmt and that they registered before the wait period, but the event is not sent to them. All of the test users in my segment are receiving the /Not registered/ reminder e-mail.
All my test users are a member of the segment and are getting the emails, but they never get the event sent to them.
