    Hi Paul,

    thank you.  I know POS transaction, inbound outbound operations and inventory adjustment support serial number.

    But POS stock count does NOT support yet.

    I need to let customer know when the POS stock count operation will support serial number.

    Hi Alan,

    this is supported already after 10.0.24 version.

    There is a feature created 'Improved stock count operation in POS'.

    Description of the feature:

    This feature enables several functional and experience enhancements to the stock count operation in POS. Including: optimized user experience for barcode scanning, support of in-parallel counting by multiple users, support of counting serial-controlled and location-controlled items, new worker permission to control counting result submission behavior, support of review function in the operation, and leverage asynchronous document processing framework to process counting requests in Commerce headquarters.
