Several Javascript-Errors in Outlook Client CRM 2015

hi,

our customer is facing multiple-JavaScript-Errors and we just have no idea what the reason for that Messages is. Microsoft is working on one more (since months) without any success.

They are using CRM 2015 with the latest updates on Client and Server.

So I will just list all Errors here and would really appreciate any help for any error :)

unfortunately the errors are in german but i guess most of them are similar to english ;)

Hello,

Have you recently upgraded IE/Outlook?

Do you see these error on web client?

no these errors only show up on outlook-Client.

I think they installed all current patches for the Server/IE/Outlook/CRM.

Hello Tobias,

We are experiencing the same erratic behavior on our organization CRM2016. the web client works just fine When I uninstall the outlook client and then install it again, the client works for few weeks and then javascript errors show up again. I assume there is some caching problem somewhere, but no correction has been found so far.

Do you have any updates to share on this problem ?

hi,

we opened a microsoft-Support-call and after many days/weeks Investigation they delivered an unofficial patch for our outlook-Client which resolved all the issues.

they want to implement this patch into the official Version 0.3 (but couldn't tell us an release-date)
