Hi Guys, I am new to the world of MS CRM but already have a good grasp. I have it installed and running but now on to the stage of customizing it to suit our business.

Currently I am trying to customize the Lead forms. I can add and remove fields to and from the form but if I try to change any of the properties like "visible by default" or "display label on form" the changes do not save. There is no error shown. When I make the changes and then click OK, then go back in to the properties they have reveted back !?!

Any ideas ?

Hi Guys, I have tried with IE and the problem is no longer there, so its obviously a browser issue as you have already said. I will take a look at the post you have outlined and see if it cures the problem in Chrome.
