Hello,

I have been requested by a user to find a report that lists all of our damaged inventory as well as value. I am wondering if there is a way to do this within GP itself or perhaps a SQL query to find all damaged inventory.

The user now utilizes the Item Transfer Entry window to move the inventory from On Hand to Damaged. This is done by entering the proper information then utilizing the Quantity Type button to go from On Hand to Damaged.

I appreciate any help you may render.

Try the Item Quantities SmartList. Add the QTY Damaged and Current Cost field to it. If you have SmartList Builder, you can add a calc field to the SmartList to calculated extended cost by item. Otherwise, dump the list in Excel and add your totals there.

You could also just query the IV00102 table for the data fields you need or create an SSRS or Excel Reports report.
