Ribbon Workbench button not appearing after installing the Ribbon Workbench solution

Hi everyone,

I have downloaded the Ribbon Workbench managed solution from https://www.develop1.net/public/rwb/ribbonworkbench.aspx. I have imported the solution package into my environment.

However, I cannot see the button to launch Ribbon workbench as per the below example.

I have tried publishing customisations, refreshing the page and trying a different browser, but the button still does not appear:

    Thank you Leah Ju ! - I was incorrectly thought I needed to access the Solutions page from the classic dynamics editor rather than from Advanced Settings.

    It's so strange.

    How did you access the Solution page?

    Try to access this page by following the path below:

    Go to Settings > Advanced Settings:

    Expand Settings to select Solution under Customizations:
