Dynamics 365 - Continuous Integration

Hi Experts,

I am working on the CI/CD process for D365.  Using Wael Hamze addon in Azure Devops, I was able to automate the SIT deployment as below:

1.  Once Developer customizes the solution file, using powershell I export the solution and extract the solution into XML files using Solution packager.

2.  Developer checks in and build is triggered, the XML files are packed as unmanaged solution and then imported into SIT.

This process is automated.

The complex part lies in preparing for patch updates to UAT as Managed.  I am not having any idea on how to make this as an automated process to include only the changes done for a User Story part of continuous deployment.

Appreciate your guidance and help on this step.

Note - Currently our developers maintain an excel file and track all changes done to each story.  At the time of patch creation, they do all the steps again manually.  There are many instances due to manual errors, UAT environment setup fails with some missing components.
