Cannot Delete Old CRM/SQL Server under Microsoft Dynamics CRM Deployment Manager -

Currently We have

Full Server - version 7.0.0000.3543 -

Front End Server (CRM Server) - version 7.0.0001.0129

Old SQL Server - version 5.09690.4376 - There is no option to delete this server (it is already in disabled)

SRS Data Server - version 6.01.0000.0581 - There is no option to disable this server nor delete it.

Am I missing something?  Anyone ran into this issues before?

We had CRM 3.0, then 4.0, then 2011, then 2013, now 2015

    Hi

Check if you have some record in registry on old server

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSCRM

    It should work  :)

    technet.microsoft.com/.../dn905213.aspx

You can also delete from MSCRM_CONFIG database BUT IT IS NOT Supported.

So backup your database before.  (  delete  from server where FullName='SERVERNAME')

That's our old server, it's completely off line.

I guess my only option is to delete form the MSCRM_CONFIG database.

This is interesting.  I've tried to manually delete from the MSCRM_CONFIG.  The two servers that I want to delete does not exist on that database, but it still shows up on the CRM deployment manager.  On the front page, under summary, it shows Total Servers: 4, but only two shows up on MSCRM_CONFIG.
