Hello everyone

I am having this problem when i approve the PO requisition after I create RQF

the purchase order doesn't create automatic.

on purchasing policies Settings i Made it auto

I have the same question (0)

Hello abdulaziz.alesaei,

There can be many reasons why the purchase order was not created automatically.

Can you please check how your system was setup and compare this setup with what is described on MS docs?

Please see: docs.microsoft.com/.../about-purchase-requisitions

It might be the case that something has been overlooked.

If you still cannot get this automated then post some additional screenprints and the steps you executed so that we can replicate the issue.

thanx it was from the setting

and I have another question can I require a condition in the purchase requisition workflow to have requests for quotations if there no RFQ it will not allow him to approve the purchase requisition
