Hierarchy Visualization in the July update

Hi!

I'm looking to implement a hierarchy visualizaion over a few custom entities. The hierarchy is strict top-down. I haven't found the option to visualize even the standard account hierarchy view in the new interface. It's just not that, either in the icon that sits in front of a parent/child account, nor in the related menu.

Am I missing something? Thx!

Hey, thanks for getting back to me. Yes, this privilege is set up, I'm trying this as the sys admin anyway. It's just that the new unified interface just doesn't offer the button to visualize this like it would in the Polaris lay-out.

I really could have used that function with a customer we're working with.

I guess I'll just have to wait out a next update from the good dudes at Microsoft. They've been pushing the updates out steadily lately.

i assummed you configure everything correctly based on below blog

but have you grant the read privilege "Hierarchy rule" ? it is worth to try
