Unable to access the "Extension Management" screen and getting permission error as attached screen shot.
I have added the required permissions of "D365 EXTENSION MGT" User Group and "EXTN. MGT. ADMIN" User Permission set for the user.
Please guide me to solve this issue.

There had change in the license and it causes the problem. The issue has been solved now when the license is updated and users are synched in BC.

Which version of BC are you running? The EXTEND. MGT. - ADMIN permission set was introduced in Business Central 2021 release wave 1 as a replacement for the D365 EXTENSION MGT permission set in earlier versions. Also verify that the permissions are not company specific.

Could it be that there has been a change in license? General rule is that Global or Internal Admins nor Team Members are able to manage extensions. Delegated Admins and Essential/Premium users WITH Extension Management group assigned to them (preferably without company), are able to manage extensions. It is important to sync users, after license changes have been made in M365, else the changes won't propagate.

Yes, the permission is assigned to blank company (all companies).

I can't see from your screenshots.
Check whether your permission is assigned to a single company or blank company (all companies). You need permission to all companies to publish extensions.
Absolutely. I have already added mentioned user group/permission set. Screen shot shared previously. But still having same issue. Earlier it was working and I could to publish extensions. It was surprise for me today we are getting error while accessing Extensions Management screen.
