How to setup and run purchase order approval workflow? Dynamics GP 2013 and SharePoint 2010.

I am new on Dynamics GP. I have installed workflow for SharePoint on SharePoint server 2010. Now have to test workflow but unable to find out where to start in GP? In SharePoint I have set up workflow for purchase order using Microsoft Dynamics workflow administration guide. But now stuck on how to start and test workflow. Googled a lot but didn't find any proper solution. I need step by step guideline as I m new on GP. Please let me know how to do this or any link where I can find good stuff.

I would be highly obliged for any suggestion.
