Can not sync Business Central 'Sales Order' to D365 Sales 'Order'

Posted on by
Hi Experts,

Setup completed:
Assisted Set up connection to Dataverse and to Dynamics 365 Sales is completed in BC. BC Sandbox and Dynamics Sales Sandbox environments are connected.
New Sales Pricing and Bidirectional Sales Order Integration is enabled.

Error Details:
For BC 'Sales Order' to D365 Sales 'Order' table integration: Sales Order records with currency code 'AUD' coupling is success, but Sales Order records with currency code 'USD' is failure.
Error message is:

When we sync orders from BC to D365 Sales, BC create a new price list for that order in D365 Sales because price lists are mandatory for D365 orders.
BC follow this naming:
'Business Central Order XYZ Price List'. XYZ being the Business Central order number.

We have noticed that Price List created in D365 uses the currency code based on the BC General Ledger Setup ‘LCY code’ field.
But if I am trying to sync a Sales Order with other currency code (different to LCY Code in GL Setup), why BC is again creating a price list with currency code from General Ledger Setup.??
Currencies are synchronized properly between D365 and BC.

Any suggestions to resolve this error are much appreciated, Thanks!
